Returns Eligibility
We accept returns for:
- Wrong or damaged items.
- Size issues (for clothing).
- Manufacturing defects.
Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- With tags and proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items include:
- Baby essentials (for hygiene reasons).
- Used products.
- Items purchased on final sale/clearance.
Return Process
- Email us at higoavido@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review and provide instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
- Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
Exchanges
We offer size exchanges on eligible clothing items. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
