• Place orders for delivery within Jaipur city limits only.

3. Orders & Delivery

• Orders placed before 1:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery.
• Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be delivered the next day before 11:00 AM.
• We only deliver within Jaipur; orders from outside this location will not be processed.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Free delivery is available on orders above ₹500.
• A ₹30 delivery charge applies to orders below ₹500.
• We accept prepaid and COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, subject to availability.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging.
• Certain items like baby essentials may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return is approved.
